How to use: Add 2 cups to a bathtub or 1/2 cup to a bucket of warm water. Soak for 15-20 minutes. For feet, soak up to 20 minutes and pat dry.

Directions are printed on every pack. As a general guide — powders: mix 1 teaspoon (3–5g) in warm water. Juice: 20–30ml diluted in water, once daily. Epsom salt: 2 cups per bathtub or ½ cup per bucket, soak 15–20 minutes.
