Sea Buckthorn Juice

Rogcare Sea Buckthorn Juice is a cold-pressed pulp concentrate made from wild Himalayan sea buckthorn berries harvested in Ladakh, where temperatures drop to -40 C. Harsh climate, richer berry - that is why Ladakhi sea buckthorn is prized for its Vitamin C and Omega content.

How to use: Mix 30 ml in 100 ml water. Take once daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.

Directions are printed on every pack. As a general guide — powders: mix 1 teaspoon (3–5g) in warm water. Juice: 20–30ml diluted in water, once daily. Epsom salt: 2 cups per bathtub or ½ cup per bucket, soak 15–20 minutes.
