How to Use: Shake well before use. Consume 1 shot (30 ml) once daily, preferably in the morning. You may also dilute with water according to taste.

Directions are printed on every pack. As a general guide — powders: mix 1 teaspoon (3–5g) in warm water. Juice: 20–30ml diluted in water, once daily. Epsom salt: 2 cups per bathtub or ½ cup per bucket, soak 15–20 minutes.
